Shipping and Delivery

AR PRINTERS & ENGINEERS supplies printing products and services across Pakistan and can arrange worldwide delivery where a suitable carrier and import route are available. Shipping cost and timing are confirmed individually because orders range from small electronic parts to inks, printed materials, signage and large-format machinery.

Delivery coverage

• Pakistan: courier, cargo or an agreed local delivery method depending on size, weight, value and destination.
• Worldwide: international courier, freight or another suitable method, subject to carrier acceptance, customs rules and destination restrictions.
• Lahore collection: collection or local arrangements may be available after confirmation from our office at Scheme More Chowk, Main Multan Road.

Shipping quotation

Contact us with the product or service, quantity, destination city and country, and any deadline. For machines, signage or heavy items we may also need access details, unloading requirements and a complete delivery address. Shipping is included only when clearly stated in the quotation.

Processing and production time

Ready-stock products can be prepared after payment verification and final order confirmation. Customized printing, converted machines, special-order parts and fabricated signs require production or sourcing time. We provide an estimated schedule before or after artwork approval, depending on the job. Production does not normally begin until the required payment and final specifications are confirmed.

Delivery estimates

Estimated transit time begins after an order is dispatched, not when an enquiry is received. Courier or freight timing may change because of remote destinations, weather, public holidays, security checks, carrier capacity, customs clearance or other events outside our direct control. Tracking or dispatch details are shared when available.

International orders, customs and duties

International customers are responsible for confirming local import requirements before ordering. Unless the quotation states otherwise, customs duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, destination handling, storage and other local charges are paid by the recipient. Some inks, liquids, batteries, electronic parts or oversized equipment may have carrier or country restrictions; we will discuss an available option before accepting payment.

Large machinery and signage

Printers, large signs, steel or acrylic work and promotional structures may require special packing, cargo handling, lifting equipment or on-site coordination. Installation, travel, unloading and electrical work are included only when specifically written in the quotation. The customer should ensure suitable access, space, power and personnel at the delivery location.

Address changes

Check the recipient name, phone number and delivery address before dispatch. Contact us immediately if something is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after collection by the carrier, and any carrier fee or delay caused by a customer-requested change may be charged separately.

Receiving and inspecting an order

Please inspect the external package before opening. If packaging appears damaged, record clear photographs or video and note the condition with the carrier where possible. Count the packages and check the item against the confirmed order promptly. Keep the packaging and delivery label while any issue is reviewed.

Damage, missing items or incorrect supply

Contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours of delivery—with your order reference, photographs or unboxing video and a clear description. We will review the case with you and, where relevant, the carrier. Do not install, use or return a disputed item until we provide guidance. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
