These Terms and Conditions apply when you use flexpk.com, request a quotation, purchase a product, or engage AR PRINTERS & ENGINEERS for printing, signage, equipment, parts or related services. By confirming an order, you agree to the quotation and the terms relevant to that order.

About FlexPK

AR PRINTERS & ENGINEERS has operated since 2008 from Lahore, Pakistan. We supply wide-format printing equipment, printheads, inks, boards, cables, motors, accessories and related parts, and we provide customized printing, promotional display and signage services.

Website information and quotations

Website content is provided to help customers understand our product and service range. Product availability, technical versions, machine compatibility, material options, production time, shipping cost and market prices can change. A website listing is not a final offer. Please contact us for a current written quotation and confirm all important specifications before payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are supplied on request because equipment, imported parts, inks, material costs, exchange rates, quantities, printing specifications and delivery locations vary. Unless a quotation states otherwise, payment is made by bank transfer. An order is accepted only after required details are confirmed and any agreed advance or full payment is received and verified.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide correct contact, billing and delivery information.
• Confirm product model, part number, board version, connector, printhead type, voltage and other compatibility details before ordering.
• Review spelling, phone numbers, dimensions, quantities, artwork, bleed, resolution and material choices before approving customized printing.
• Provide artwork and content that you are authorized to use and that does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
• Follow suitable installation, storage, electrical and operating requirements for equipment, printheads, inks and parts.

Artwork, proofs and colour

Production follows the artwork and specifications approved by the customer. Digital proofs are intended to confirm layout, text and general appearance. Screen displays, lighting, material, ink, printer profile and finishing can cause reasonable colour variation. Exact colour matching must be discussed before production and may require a physical sample or agreed colour reference.

Equipment and parts

New, used, refurbished and converted machines or parts will be identified in the quotation where relevant. Photos, serial details, test information, included accessories, installation requirements and any product-specific support or warranty terms should be confirmed before payment. Installation or modification by an unqualified person, incorrect voltage, unsuitable ink, impact, moisture, mishandling or use outside the stated purpose may affect support eligibility.

Production and delivery estimates

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as a fixed commitment. Timing can be affected by artwork approval, payment verification, stock, import clearance, custom production, courier capacity, weather, public holidays or other events outside reasonable control. We will communicate material delays when known.

Returns, damage and order issues

Customized printing is not normally returnable once production has started. Damaged, defective or incorrect-order claims are reviewed using the order record and supporting photographs or video. Full details are provided in our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us before sending any item back.

Intellectual property

The AR PRINTERS & ENGINEERS name, website text, original graphics and other business materials may not be copied or republished without permission. Customers retain rights to their own supplied artwork. By sending artwork for production, the customer confirms that AR PRINTERS & ENGINEERS may use it only as reasonably needed to prepare, print, finish and deliver the agreed work.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, copy content at scale, submit false information, or use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful material. We may refuse or cancel a request that presents a safety, legal, fraud or intellectual-property concern.

Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and dependable service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AR PRINTERS & ENGINEERS is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or business interruption arising from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, incorrect customer specifications or misuse of supplied products. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to website use from its effective date. Orders remain subject to the quotation and terms accepted at the time of confirmation. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, and we encourage both parties to first attempt to resolve any concern through direct discussion.
